Dealing with radical change often causes inner conflict whether the change is personal or business. Radical change within a business often causes friction between management and those who are used to the old ways of doing things. Personal change can mean having to accept a new way that a person acts while managing your emotions about it. Either way, managing radical change is difficult if you are unfamiliar with the path to coping.

Ask for clarification. Obtaining clarification from a superior at work or from the person implementing the change can help resolve issues that you have. Whether you are unsure about new processes in business or a new attitude that a friend is emitting, asking for clarification can help you better understand where you fit into the equation.
